| Joleen could not wait for the school day to end. It seemed ages since lunch, and an eternity since breakfast. The witch wasn't hungry - well, okay, maybe she was a little - but she was getting tired of going from one class to the next. And, as it so happened, that was precisely what the entire school was doing, too. As she and her classmates headed toward the girl's bathroom on the first floor, Joleen had an idea.
"I'll catch up with you guys later..." Jo murmured almost conspiratorially.
"Different class?" asked Selene.
"No. Gotta take a leak," Joleen laughed, sticking her tongue out and taking a step toward the lavatory. "Don't wait for me." That was usually code for 'I'm skiving off' and those friends of hers headed to the relevant class nodded their comprehension. Before fully leaving the group Joleen pulled Selene by the shoulder and gave her a kiss, earning some wolf-whistles from the boys as they passed. "Oh shut it, you lot! It was casual!" she called after them with laughter on her lips. Then, without further ado, Joleen turned and pushed open the door.
It was an entirely different environment compared to the overcrowded and noisy hallway in the lavatory. What luck - there wasn't a soul in here also hanging out in an attempt to skip class. Joleen's shoes clicked upon the marble floor as she lazily passed each stall just to make sure she was all alone. Joleen had hoped that at least one of her classmates would make a break for it along with her. If not a Hufflepuff, then someone from one of the other Houses.
With a cannon-fire thud Joleen dropped her bag next to the row of sinks and added counter space. She took off her robes and tie. Then, with a spell she'd learned from her mother, Joleen transfigured her "uniform" back into what it actually was: ripped jeans and a tank top featuring The Weird Sisters. Joleen then knelt to cram the uniform into her bag, and retrieved a magazine with a motorbike on the front. Not about to sit on a commode and read if it wasn't necessary, Joleen instead hopped up on the surplus counter space to read.

| Chelsea had been on her way to class when her cousin Anna decided to pull her usual pranks on her and dumped Hair dye all over her, and she was dripping with the stuff. The colour wasn't bad though, it was black and sparkles in it.. Seemingly going for the night sky look she thought.
"Really Anna... " she muttered with a sigh as she trudged into the girls bathroom to tidy up and fix her hair so she could at least make the black sparkly rat nest look. upon entering she spotted Jo and smiled.
" Hi ya Jo" she said brightly as she walked up to the sink and start washing the dye off her face. Noting the lack of uniform on her house mate and the magazine she looked sheepish knowing her friend was skipping this period. Luckily Chelsea wasn't a harsh prefect and didn't really care if her friends skipped class.. hell if she did she likely wouldn't have any friends..
"What ya up to?" she asked chuckling like she needed to ask

| At the voice Jo craned her neck back, effectively sticking her head into the unused sink, and grinned at the sight of Chelsea. "Heya, Chels," she replied brightly. Almost immediately the witch noticed there was something different about her friend and dorm-mate. "Nice hair - we almost match! ... But I'll pass on the sparklies, thanks," Jo snickered, half-teasing.
There wasn't any sense in asking if she was gonna get in trouble via the Hufflepuff Prefect. Chelsea was such a sweet person even if she didn't necessarily approve of a person's minor antics, such as skipping class. And Chelsea seemed endearingly tolerant of other things - things Jo doubted that many of their other classmates would put up with. If only the girl wasn't straight... Ah well. Such is life.
"What's it look like? I'm going to the bathroom," she joked, impishly sticking her tongue out. With a grunt she sat up and put her back to the wall, sitting cross-legged on the counter space, and set the magazine in her lap. "Alright, alright, ya caught me: I'm skiving off class to read a wicked motorbike magazine and catalog instead..." Jo plumped up her lips into a playful pout.
